3. Reservations and Payments

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Prohibited Activities
Prohibited vehicle uses:
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. Engaging in racing, off-roading, or similar risky endeavors is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers constitutes a breach of agreement. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Users must adhere to the vehicle's intended purpose and comply with passenger and weight limits. Operating the vehicle outside designated geographical boundaries requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to immediate rental cancellation and extra fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Mitcham is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount you paid in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
